How to Print Your WiFi Sign
Printing your WifiWhale sign takes under 5 minutes. Here is everything you need to know to get a perfect result on your first try.
Recommended paper
For home printing: 24 lb or 32 lb bright white laser paper produces the sharpest result. For the best quality, use cardstock (65–80 lb cover weight) so the sign is stiff and professional-looking.
Print settings
Set paper size to match your sign size (Letter, A4, 5×7, or 4×6). Set scale to "Actual Size" or 100% — never "Fit to Page" which scales down the design. Use the highest quality / best quality mode in your printer settings.
Home printer vs print shop
Home laser or inkjet printers work well for letter and A4 signs. For 5×7 and 4×6, a print shop (FedEx, Staples, local printer) is often easier since they stock those paper sizes.
How to display your sign
Options: laminate and hang, put in a standard picture frame (5×7 or letter frames are widely available), use an acrylic tabletop stand, or use a table tent card holder. All of these protect the sign and look professional.
