Terms of Service

1. The service

WifiWhale (“we”, “us”) provides a web-based tool that generates print-ready WiFi password signs as PDF files. You pay once and receive a digital download. No subscription is involved.

2. Purchases

All purchases are one-time, non-recurring. Payment is processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days if you have an issue.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated PDF for your own premises (home, business, rental property, etc.). You may not resell or redistribute the generated designs as a template product.

4. Disclaimer

WifiWhale is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about QR code compatibility with specific devices, as device support varies. The generated PDF is designed for standard home and business use.
