Privacy Policy

What data we collect

WifiWhale collects only the minimum data necessary to process your purchase:

• Your WiFi network name (SSID) and template selection — stored temporarily in Stripe checkout metadata to confirm your order.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your WiFi password is stored only in your browser’s localStorage during the checkout process. It is never sent to our servers.

How we use data

• To fulfill your order and generate your WiFi sign PDF.
• To send an SMS alert to the site owner confirming a new sale (network name only, no password).
• To log purchase events in our database for business records (no personal data beyond order ID and timestamp).

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security. Subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (if enabled).
