How to Print Your WiFi Sign at Home
Print at 100% scale (Actual Size) on the correct paper size. For letter and A4, any home printer works. For 5×7 and 4×6, print on letter paper and trim, or use a print shop.
- •Set paper size in the print dialog to match your sign (Letter, A4, 5×7, 4×6).
- •Select "Actual Size" or 100% scale — never "Fit to Page".
- •5×7 and 4×6 can be printed on letter paper and trimmed with scissors or a paper trimmer.
- •Cardstock (65–80 lb cover weight) produces a stiffer, more professional result.
- •A laser printer produces sharper text and QR codes than inkjet for most papers.
